Newsletter email capture
If you submit the newsletter or starter-list form, the site stores your email address, signup source, lead magnet, and page path in a Cloudflare D1 newsletter table so the list can be managed and tested.
Do not submit medical details, medication details, diagnosis information, or other sensitive health information through any newsletter, contact, or general feedback form.
First-party analytics
The site records first-party analytics events such as page views, CTA clicks, newsletter signups, and lead-magnet unlocks in Cloudflare D1. Stored event fields can include the page path, referrer, page title, clicked target label, user agent, country code, and a short one-way digest derived from the request IP for basic abuse and duplicate diagnostics.
The analytics system is intended for aggregate product decisions. It should not be used to collect medical details or build individual health profiles.
Feedback and corrections
If you use the correction or source update form, the site stores the request type, optional email address, page or product URL, subject, message, user agent, country code, and a short one-way digest derived from the request IP in Cloudflare D1.
Correction requests should include product names and source links, not private medical history or patient-specific health details.
Third-party links
The site links to restaurant, brand, retailer, and nutrition database pages. Those sites have their own privacy policies and data practices.
Future affiliate links, sponsored placements, or paid products should be clearly disclosed when added.
Retention and removal
Newsletter and analytics data should be retained only as long as it is useful for operating the site, debugging forms, measuring conversion, and improving content quality.
Use the unsubscribe page to remove an email address from the newsletter table. For broader deletion or correction requests, use the contact form and choose the deletion request option.
